Powderbark

Powderbark honey is sourced from the smooth bark Wandoo or Powderbark Eucalyptus in the south west of WA. It is distinguished by the powdery coating on the tree”s bark.

This honey has a smooth, silky texture and similar in flavour to Wandoo (white gum), with toffee apple and caramel undertones.
